Expansion Band
This kind of expansion joint is a band with standard length of 3 m or 6 m and with double-sided vulcanisation. The expansion band is available in two types – Type C and Type D – that differ in width.
Expansion Band Type C with a width of 26 cm is mainly for use on parapets and coping. It is also used for custom-made inlet box-type gutters (water gutters).
Expansion band Typ D with a width of 39 cm has a wide bonding flange and is mainly used for metals which need to be welded.
